Common use
The main component of Viagra is Sildenafil Citrate.
Sildenafil Citrate affects the response to sexual stimulation. I tend to enjoy a nice hearty meal before having sex, and I was happy to learn Viagra 100 mg works well even after meals with some alcohol. The 25 mg dose I first tried took much longer to work, because Viagra should generally be taken on an empty stomach, but I just upped the dosage and there is no problem anymore, works like a charm.

I'm taking Viagra 50 mg twenty minutes before sex. They say to give it half an hour at least, but it works sooner than that for me, so why wait, right? I stay effective for up to 6 hours depending on how much I ate during dinner, which is pretty good for a guy my age. It's a great drug for erectile dysfunction, just make sure you don't overuse, no more than one pill a day to keep the juices flowing.
